Panduit is seeking Production Operators to join a team that packs, labels, and cartons products while operating production equipment. The role emphasizes quality, safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wages begin at $18/hr with a 15% shift differential for evening/night shifts. Benefits include time off, retirement plans, healthcare options, and a comfortable, climate-controlled workspace. In-person interviews are required for all roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to processes.
• Basic math and calculator use skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and start up/stop manual, semi-automatic and automatic production machines.
• Package, label and carton products with attention to counts and seals.
• Perform quality inspections following quality systems.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Execute daily 5S housekeeping to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
