The role requires adherence to GMP and Food Safety guidelines, accurate hourly reporting, and teamwork across the plant to minimize downtime. This position offers full-time hours on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities of the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately completes quality and production reports hourly; reports defects.
• Adheres to GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintains housekeeping and adequate raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrates ability to work in all areas; troubleshoots minor issues and covers relief duties.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential; 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
