H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator I for a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, with every other Saturday, Sunday, and Monday required.

The role involves preparing raw materials, operating packaging lines, labeling, and final product packaging in a quality-driven environment in Bellevue, OH. Qualifications include a high school diploma, MS Office familiarity, and at least 3 years in an industrial setting with machine operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety procedures.
• 3 years' experience in an industrial environment with machine operating skill set.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw material from staging to weighing.
• Operate processing equipment in line with process instructions and procedures.
• Monitor equipment, keeping processes running at desired run rates.
• Complete the initial testing and release of products to ensure no deviations to specifications.
• Check labels and packaging material, ensure correct labeling following rules and instructions.
• Package the final products in accordance with quality standards.
• Carry out housekeeping in the assigned area and support supervisor.
