Job summary

MKB Company in Milaca, MN is seeking a Production Operator for a night shift from 4pm to 2am with a $1/hour shift differential. You will operate heavy equipment, assemble stormwater products, and ensure safe, high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma, 1–3 years experience with heavy machinery, and a willingness to learn. Prior tool experience and strong teamwork are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Prior experience with hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist lead in meeting daily production goals.
• Set production line balance and speed.
• Load and unload parts into equipment; parts are large and awkwardly shaped.
• Conduct pre-shift/end-of-shift checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain clean facilities and operate safely as per PPE requirements.
• Participate in safety briefings and team meetings.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and logs.
• Be punctual, flexible with hours, and able to work nights/weekends if needed.
