Actus Nutrition is hiring a Production Worker to operate equipment in the Clara City, MN production area. This full-time, on-site position supports continuous manufacturing and quality control during the 2nd shift (6 PM–6 AM).

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with a $1.00 night differential. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, prior machine-operator experience, and the ability to follow directions, maintain documentation, and uphold GMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operator experience or equivalent skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the production area.
• Maintain proper documentation for production runs and CIP’s.
• Follow safety policies and GMP requirements.
• Communicate effectively with shift teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure product quality and report issues promptly.
