Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience with heavy equipment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Prior experience with hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all production tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist Production Lead in meeting or exceeding daily production goals.
• Set production line balance and speed
• Loading and unloading parts into manufacturing equipment; parts are big and awkwardly shaped
• Perform pre-shift and end of shift checks and maintenance on equipment
• Keep facilities and equipment clean and maintained
• Abide by all yard rules, safety regulations, and PPE requirements
• Participate in safety briefings and regular meetings as required
• Pass on information from team members, management, or customers
• Accurately complete all required paperwork
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; may require nights and weekends
• Other duties may be assigned
