West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in a highly regulated setting, operating molding and trimming equipment, inspecting components, and following detailed instructions to support global healthcare products.

You will receive hands-on training, work with experienced teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement while pursuing a long-term career within a quality- and safety-focused company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No minimum experience required; 3 years preferred.
• English literacy and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding and trimming equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections.
• Process, package, label, and prepare finished products.
• Accurately complete production documentation and records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Learn and rotate through multiple production functions.
