West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Fixed-Term Production Operator to join a team producing high-quality components used in healthcare globally. You will receive hands-on training in a highly regulated manufacturing environment and work with experienced team members to maintain safety and quality standards.

The role offers a structured 12-hour night shift (5:45PM–6AM EST) on a 2-2-3-2 schedule, with approximately 12 weeks of paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• No minimum experience required; up to 3 years preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding and trimming equipment to produce components.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections.
