West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for a 12-hour night shift in Jersey Shore, PA. You will help run manufacturing operations, follow detailed instructions, and document production activities in a highly regulated environment.

THE SCHEDULE

This position offers a structured schedule designed to provide consistency and predictability.

Shift: 12‑Hour Nights from 5:45PM - 6AM EST
Schedule: 2-2-3-2 rotation
Training: Approximately 12 weeks of paid training will be provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate molding and trimming equipment to produce high-quality components that support healthcare products around the world.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Process, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment while following established procedures.
• Accurately complete production documentation and records, ensuring information is timely, complete and accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment while following all safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, maintain workflow and support overall operational performance.
• Learn and perform multiple production processes through hands‑on training, building valuable manufacturing skills and experience.

• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately record production information.
• The ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) or a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Medium-Exerting up to 50lb/22kg of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs/9kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
