Job summary

Under supervision, you’ll mold and trim products to spec, rotate through manufacturing cells, and follow a playbook to maximize performance and quality. Training and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must possess an acute attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (mouse/keyboard).
• Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• General use of computer workstation and ability to use SAP commands is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work as a team member and make general decisions within authorized job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process molded/trimmed product per site instructions and ensure quality output.
• Operate mold and trim presses to produce molded panels.
• Maintain documentation for product traceability.
• Support lean initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
