Atterro is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Monroe, NC. You’ll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship worldwide. It’s hands-on work with a 12-hour night shift (8 PM–8 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule and a pay rate of $20.99–$26.07 per hour, with every-other-weekend requirements.

Education includes a high school diploma or GED; two years of manufacturing experience is required. You should follow written work instructions, maintain quality, and work safely with production equipment.

• Help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, and meet production goals.
• Contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing and a reliable, quality-focused workforce.
