Staffmark Group in Monroe, NC is hiring a Manufacturing Associate to operate machines, assemble parts, and pack goods for shipment worldwide. This hands-on role offers fair pay and room to grow as you contribute to daily production goals.

You will work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 8 PM to 8 AM, with the requirement to work every other weekend. Minimum 2 years of experience and a high school diploma are requested.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
