Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing and machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with basic math skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Basic understanding of computer systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise assembly equipment, including Gel, Cap Assembly, and Holder production lines.
• Meet production, quality, and performance goals by managing machinery and making adjustments.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections to meet standards and specs.
• Document production and quality data and maintain records.
• Replenish materials and support continuous production.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform routine maintenance.
• Contribute to process improvements and safety initiatives.
