Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Newton, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the night shift to operate high-speed equipment, support setups, and monitor product quality. You will contribute to a safe, efficient production line and gain hands-on experience with industrial machinery.

The position is full-time with a 2-2-3 schedule and night-shift differential. You’ll work with a collaborative team focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing production experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work in a hot, dusty industrial environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks on a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of high-speed production equipment
• Support machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers
• Monitor product quality and report any issues immediately
• Help troubleshoot minor machine issues and clear equipment jams
• Stage materials and maintain a continuous flow of production
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
• Work collaboratively with operators and production personnel to achieve daily production goals
