Job summary

Mercury Plastics, a Masco-owned business unit, is hiring a Production Operator for 3rd shift (11pm–7am) in Middlefield, CT. You will load materials into machines, inspect output, and help meet quality and production targets. No experience required; training provided.

Vacation after 30 days, excellent benefits and 401(k) plan. This full-time role is Sunday–Thursday with Overtime as needed; safety and teamwork are emphasized in a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Demonstrated hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Proven ability to follow basic directons and skills to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Must be able to work overtme as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load or insert product into various machines and actvate the machine
• Unload product, visually inspect and pack product
• Maintain cycle tmes to meet/exceed minimum rates
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specificatons
• Pack finished parts for shipment, may include using packaging tape
• Keep equipment and work area clean
• Know and follow all OSHA and Mercury Plastcs safety rules
• Read and Interpret Work Instructons
