Job summary

Mercury Plastics seeks an Injection Molding Operator to train and run molding machines following established parameters. You will load tubes, start cycles, monitor quality, and prepare parts for shipment in a clean, safe work environment.

The role is full-time, on-site in the United States, with a 3pm–11pm shift (Sunday–Thursday). Candidates need basic math skills, hand-eye coordination, and at least six months of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to pull, push, and stretch with wrists, fingers, palm, and forearm.
• Hand-eye coordination and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the process to operate injection molding machines.
• Load plastic tubes onto molding machine and activate the machine.
• Unload tubes from core pins at end of molding cycle.
• Maintain cycle times.
• Visually inspect finished parts for quality.
• Pack finished parts for shipment.
• Keep equipment and work area clean.
