Qualifications

• Hands-on fabrication and assembly fundamentals.
• Proficiency with basic measuring tools and gauges preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate heating, forming, splicing, and punching machines.
• Perform general assembly as needed.
• Make limited adjustments to equipment as authorized.
• Form plastic tubing using heat panels and ovens.
• Cut plastic tubing to size using automated cutters per quality specifications.
• Inspect product using gauges/fixtures for quality conformance.
• Prepare product for shipping including packing and labeling.
• Maintain accurate production reporting.
• Keep equipment and work area clean.
