Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is a trusted payments innovator providing production application, system and network support from its offices in multiple U.S. cities.

The role covers monitoring, triage and user support for a 24/7 operation, with Fri-Sun 10am-11pm shift responsibilities and hybrid scheduling in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year in a related role, strong Windows/Linux knowledge, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience or on-the job training.
• Must be able to work different schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, IBM Mainframe operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to research and resolve basic technical issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate clearly and professionally under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, policy compliance, and ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide production application, system and network support, monitors file processing and ensures scheduled completion.
• Monitor production applications, systems and components for operational stability and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and report system, application and network issues with timely escalation and clear communication.
• Create and maintain documentation of operational processes for audits and knowledge base.
