Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Technical Lead A / Maintenance based at our Lee, FL facility to supervise maintenance staff and drive reliability across the line. This role supports 12-hour night shifts (5:00 PM–5:00 AM) on a rotating schedule and requires strong leadership, SAP CMMS experience, and hands-on maintenance expertise.

Qualifications

• 2 years of direct line supervision of maintenance employees.
• 1-2 years with SAP maintenance systems including storeroom inventory.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing.
• Strong maintenance system skills in electrical, mechanical and piping areas.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems and MS Office; PLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Learn and understand SOPs for mechanic and operator level positions.
• Operate equipment with knowledge of running parameters and set points.
• Train at each machine center and assist team members as needed.
• Execute work orders, rebuilds, installations and special projects as requested.
• Work with urgency to repair and startup lines quickly.
• Develop knowledge of maintenance principles and PLCs.
• Execute PMs during planned stoppages focusing on upgrades and procedure creation.
• Collaborate with vendors for startup and equipment modification.
• Train operators on equipment standards and training modules.
• Identify losses and develop downtime reduction plans.
