H.B. Fuller is seeking a Shift Manager for the Mesquite, TX plant to lead the night shift in safety, quality, and productivity. You will drive continuous improvement, manage a production team, and work with leadership to meet annual goals and budget targets.

Responsibilities include steering shift transitions, addressing operational issues, coordinating with maintenance, and training staff to uphold standards in a fast-paced extrusion environment.

Formación

• Minimum high school education with related production experience; or a 4-year degree with leadership experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing/extrusion environment preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems for data entry and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift team to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and support asset management.
• Oversee training, performance planning, and on-boarding for new hires.
• Manage inventory and material reconciliation; run shift meetings and identify issues.
