Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company is seeking a Shift Manager for the Mesquite, TX 3rd shift (11:00p–7:30a). You will lead a night crew, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and coordinate with plant leadership to meet annual goals in budget, census, and productivity.

Responsibilities include supervising production, reducing downtime, implementing process improvements, conducting shift meetings, and guiding staff development while maintaining adherence to company policies and ERP data entry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Meet customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery
• Minimize downtime through collaboration with maintenance
• Lead product scale-ups and new product launches
