H.B. Fuller is seeking a Shift Manager for the Mesquite, TX facility on the 3rd shift (11:00p - 7:30a). You will lead a night crew, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement across production areas.

You will collaborate with plant leadership to set annual goals, manage budgets and supervise new hires, training, and performance planning within established guidelines.

Formación

• High School diploma with 2 years supervisory production experience, or a 4-year degree with 3 years on leadership roles.
• Extrusion experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet customer expectations regarding product quality and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and support asset management.
• Execute product scale ups and new product launches.
• Lead shift meetings; participate in safety, quality, 5S and housekeeping initiatives.
• Identify issues and drive root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and material reconciliation.
