H.B. Fuller in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Shift Manager for the 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.). You will ensure safety, production, and quality programs are followed while collaborating with plant leadership to meet annual goals.

You will lead the night crew, drive continuous improvement, manage shift meetings, and coordinate with maintenance and operations to deliver on-time customer commitments and a safe, efficient production environment.

Formación

• High School diploma with 2+ years of related production experience or a 4-year degree with 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Extrusion experience required; prior process engineering in extrusion preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite and basic math calculations
• Ability to work independently and take written instructions; problem solving under day-to-day operations
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds regularly and work in a plant environment with varying temperatures

Responsabilidades

• Meet customer expectations for product quality and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and support asset management
• Execute product scale-ups and new product launches
• Lead shift meetings for safety, quality, 5S, housekeeping, and transitions
• Identify issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee inventory and material loss reconciliation; manage onboarding and training of staff
