Production Based Working Hours:
The hours will float to support a 24-hour facility during peak season (typically 10 months of the year). Split shifts: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We encourage applicants seeking flexible schedules to apply. Please indicate your preferred shift(s) when submitting your application.
Shares responsibility with other production managers to direct, organize, plan, and collaborate on all graphic production activities, either personally or through lead personnel. Responsible for implementing and adhering to departmental policies, practices, and procedures. Oversees training and productivity of Finishing (routing/cutting) employees, ensuring raw materials or printed stock are finished to customer specifications using routers, cutters, diecutters, and performing equipment maintenance as needed.
Includes duties such as supervising staff, organizing workflow, training, selecting tools, inspecting setups, ensuring equipment operation, enforcing safety, interpreting work orders, monitoring quality, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsible for continuous process improvement and problem resolution.
Language Skills: Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex information effectively.
Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in applying mathematical concepts relevant to printing and production tasks.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve problems, interpret instructions, and make decisions based on technical data.
Environmental Conditions: Primarily indoor work, minimal exposure to hazards.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with physical activities including stooping, kneeling, and manual dexterity.
