Pay: $24-$36/hr + $2/hr shift differential plus O/T

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5pm-5am

Location: Douglassville, PA

Position:

Production Machine Operators will be responsible for the safe and efficient production of paver and block equipment. Must be mechanically inclined and able to learn how to adjust, troubleshoot, repair, and operate machinery.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment to meet needs while maintaining product standards.
• Produce assigned products with instructions.
• Complete equipment setup and preventative maintenance.
• Use tools and measuring devices for maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare daily production and maintenance reports.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy components using hoists and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Perform minor repairs and refer complex issues to maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Report product discrepancies and equipment malfunctions.
• Wear PPE as trained.
• Operate a front-end loader and forklift (training provided).
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures.
• Adhere to company values and assist in daily operations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 3-4+ years in automated production or line leadership.
• Experience with front-line leadership.
• Strong data-driven communication skills.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing concrete products preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete manufacturing equipment a plus.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in a similar manufacturing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Flexible with hours, including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must frequently lift up to 75 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds. Ability to inspect materials, identify color variances, and work in various physical positions.
