Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Line Operator for the night shift (7pm–7am) in Elsma, KY. The role ensures safe, quality-driven daily production, with documentation, housekeeping, and timely reporting of line performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining GMP and food safety standards, monitoring raw materials, and providing coverage as needed on a rotating schedule. Must adhere to attendance requirements and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.
• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment valued.
• Experience supervising people or projects is optional.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) per safety, quality, and throughput standards.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and inspect products.
• Maintain GMP and food safety practices.
• Keep production areas clean and organized.
• Monitor raw materials levels to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
