Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30-50 production employees.
• Ensure shift communications are consistent and accurate.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Monitor product quality and inspect parts for conformance.
• Conduct performance reviews and train staff on tasks.
• Lead start-up/shutdown of production lines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in audits for IATF 16949, ISO, and TISAX compliance.
