Job summary

Fehrer Automotive North America LLC seeks a Production Supervisor to lead 30-50 employees on the production floor, ensuring safe operations, timely delivery, and quality conformance. You will drive shift-to-shift communication, SOP adherence, and ongoing improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with manufacturing audits (IATF 16949, ISO, TISAX), and the ability to mentor staff while achieving production goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff toward continuous improvement.
• Strong communicational and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience interpreting and applying process instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 30-50 production employees across shifts.
• Ensure startup/shutdown, SOP adherence, and safety compliance.
• Monitor product quality and conduct inspections for conformance.
• Maintain shift-to-shift communication and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Identify nonconforming material and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct performance reviews and training to meet goals.
• Maintain audit readiness for IATF 16949, ISO, and TISAX standards.
