Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent with 3 years in production/manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of workers, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
• Motivates and mentors team members to maximize productivity and quality
• Collaborates with management to ensure production targets are met
• Allocates resources to support the production plan
• Monitors and enforces quality control processes
• Investigates and addresses production and quality issues
• Ensures safety protocols and regulations are followed
• Conducts safety training and audits and provides safety recommendations
• Identifies opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
• Implements changes and oversees process improvements
• Maintains inventory levels of raw materials and finished products
• Coordinates with inventory control to minimize waste and optimize stock
• Generates regular reports on performance metrics
• Provides regular updates to management on production status
