Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Littleton, CO is hiring a Production Supervisor to execute the plant's strategic vision, drive efficiency, quality, safety, cost, and employee engagement across one or more shifts.

You will oversee a highly technical team, apply Lean methods (6S, line balancing, waste reduction), manage data in manufacturing systems, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and ensure schedules meet budget while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a role with manufacturing operations.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a highly technical team across one or more shifts.
• Drive operational and quality excellence using Lean tools.
• Meet cost commitments and manage staffing against the supply plan.
• Ensure GMP and GDP compliance and participate in 6S assessments.
• Coach front line leaders and maintain safety culture.
