Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies in Littleton, CO is seeking a Zonal Automation Leader to execute the plant's strategic vision. You will drive improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and cost, overseeing one or more shifts with cross-functional alignment and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience to perform essential functions.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience; 2 years leadership preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; regulatory environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a highly technical team and build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Apply Lean tools to improve performance, 6S, line balancing, standard work.
• Maintain GMP/GDP and drive safety, quality and cost targets.
• Coach frontline leaders and technicians to improve safety and productivity.
• Communicate across shifts and departments and ensure data integrity in systems.
