Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a highly technical manufacturing team. You will drive improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and cost while aligning with cross-functional goals and plant leadership.

You will lead performance reviews, apply Lean tools, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain data accuracy across systems. A strong emphasis on safety, coaching, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing/ops.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a highly technical team across shifts and metrics reviews.
• Drive operational and quality excellence using Lean tools.
• Ensure cost commitments and budget alignment with plans.
• Maintain GMP and GDP standards and participate in 6S.
• Coach front line leaders and ensure safety culture.
• Monitor data trends, drive improvements, and report results.
