Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Scranton, Pennsylvania. You will lead a high-speed manufacturing team, drive KPIs, ensure quality and on-time output, and coordinate shift handovers on a 7pm–7am 2-2-3 pattern.

The role is on-site with opportunities for growth, training and leadership development. You’ll report to the production manager and play a key part in safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High-speed manufacturing background.
• Leadership / supervisory experience.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Technical or engineering background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your own production team.
• Oversee production, quality, safety, output, and KPIs.
• Coordinate shift handovers, prioritize issues on the floor, and support troubleshooting to keep lines running.
• Drive KPIs and ensure schedule adherence on nights with 2-2-3 pattern (7pm–7am).
