The position is direct hire, full time, onsite, with a base salary of $80,000 to $92,000, paid 40 hours per week and overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, farming or military environments.
• Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production teams on a 12-hour night shift.
• Follow a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle.
• Work 36 hours and be paid for 40, with overtime for weeks over 40 hours.
