Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Scranton, Pennsylvania. You will lead a high-speed manufacturing team, drive KPIs, ensure quality and on-time output, and coordinate shift handovers on a 7pm–7am 2-2-3 pattern.

The role is on-site with opportunities for growth, training and leadership development. You’ll report to the production manager and play a key part in safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Technical or engineering background advantageous.

This is a permanent, on-site leadership position with a well-established global manufacturer, where you’ll be trusted to run the floor, drive KPIs, and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
You’ll be joining a highly automated, technically driven operation with strong tenure and a clear track record of promoting from within. They invest heavily in hands‑on training and structured development, including Leadership Training, so supervisors can step up into bigger responsibility over time.
In this role you’ll lead a production team on nights, coordinating safe, efficient output, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, and ensuring quality and schedule adherence across your line(s).
This role suits a supervisor motivated by leadership responsibility and building long-term success through ownership, accountability, and progression in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
