Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience in manufacturing with multi-line responsibility.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and policies per company guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs night shift plant operations to meet production schedules, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensures safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitors costs, inventory usage, and production records with accuracy.
• Collaborates with departments to maintain coordinated operations and recordkeeping.
• Encourages employee input to improve production, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
