Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking a Plant Superintendent to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

You will lead production teams, coordinate plant activities, and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and costs across shifts and departments to sustain operational excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Experience managing production teams and meeting operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are achieved.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Supervise and support production supervisors and team leaders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Monitor labor utilization and staffing levels.
• Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Support employee development, training, and performance management.
• Ensure effective communication across all shifts and departments.
• Directly responsible for the supervision and daily activities of the production, material and technical team.
