Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Most roles require 4+ years in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Experience supervising people or projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with shift activities to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicate with previous shift to prepare for the next shift.
• Conduct safety, housekeeping, and quality walkthroughs during the shift.
• Assist with changeovers, batching minerals, and preparing lines for production.
• Verify materials and BOMs in systems and support shift reports.
