Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator for the Night Shift (Seasonal) to operate the production floor and help meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.

The role requires completing hourly quality and production reports, inspecting products, and reporting defects, while adhering to GMP and food safety standards.

Candidates should be able to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with attendance and reliability emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate's Degree

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) and ensure safety, quality, and throughput standards.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly.
• Visually inspect product to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Report quality defects to shift leadership.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness in production areas and support materials handling.
• Ensure adequate raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrate ability to work across production areas and assist with relief duties.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as needed.
