Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is hiring a Production Operator to manage daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput on the line. You will complete hourly quality and production reports, inspect products, and report defects to leadership, while adhering to GMP and food safety standards.

This role requires willingness to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with attendance a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and inspect product visually.
• Report all quality defects to shift leadership.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Be prepared to work across all production areas and perform relief duties.
