Job summary

Hamilton Kent in Winchester, TN is seeking a Production Lead Hand for the night shift (7pm–7am). The role leads production activities, coordinates team members, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity on the floor.

The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with basic computer skills and knowledge of safety standards. Opportunity for growth into supervision within a global organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing setting (Lead Hand, Team Lead, Trainer, or similar).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities and assist the Production Supervisor.
• Coordinate and assign work activities to production team members to meet production goals.
• Monitor equipment, processes, and workflow to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Promote and enforce safety, quality, and operational standards; conduct shift handovers.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting production employees.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
