Job summary

Royal Canin in Fremont, NE seeks a Production Shift Manager - Nights to lead a 25-person night team on a 6:00 PM–6:30 AM 2/2/3 schedule. You’ll drive safety, quality, continuous improvement, and coaching, partnering with the 24-hour Area Leadership Team to meet production goals and implement Mars Supply Excellence.

This hands-on role focuses on line operations, troubleshooting, equipment, and delivering on KPIs while fostering a culture of accountability and safe, defect-free pet food

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work the Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.
• Physical ability to climb stairs, ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift teams to convert materials into quality pet food safely.
• Implement continuous improvement and safety programs.
• Coordinate line operations, changeovers, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and coach associates for safety, quality and engagement.
• Maintain standards, track KPIs, and manage resources.
