Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Willing to work varying shifts, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and shift coordination for full shifts or multiple process areas.
• Coordinate daily crewing needs and shift changes for optimized operation.
• Direct production and efficiency to meet plant goals.
• Safely operate pet food manufacturing equipment and monitor lines.
• Communicate with leads/operators to ensure seamless shift changeovers.
