Job summary

Dairy-Farmers-of-America,-Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (Mon–Fri 8:00pm–5:00am) with rotating weekend coverage.

You will plan, direct and supervise activities to meet production schedules and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and a focus on training, budgeting, and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to build good relationships across all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of safety and ensure safety training for all employees.
• Identify, train and set expectations for staff performance.
• Partner with managers to meet budget and financial goals.
• Ensure SQF Food Safety Code and GMP audit compliance.
• Manage sanitation programs (MSS) and 5S across the department.
• Implement material standards and improve product quality and reduce downtime.
• Communicate with stakeholders and drive KPIs across the organization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardize processes.
