Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Production Lead to run Service Bureau equipment and guide associates in the absence of the Production Supervisor. This shift is on D shift, Wed 1:45AM-8AM, Thur-Sat 7:45PM-8AM, and requires close collaboration with the supervisor, quality checks, and timely data handling to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities include minimizing waste, using ERP to log time/materials, and maintaining inventory and equipment. Regular attendance and safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or four years’ related experience.
• Position requires standing over 2/3 of the time daily.
• Lifting 25–50 lbs 1/3–2/3 of the time daily.
• Color vision for quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Run designated Service Bureau equipment per training.
• Provide guidance on jobs in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Supervisor on directives, deliveries and data handling.
• Log time and materials in the ERP system accurately.
• Maintain production quality and inspect jobs during processing.
• Keep inventory and pre-printed items organized and correct.
• Ensure on-time data delivery and alert for delays as needed.
