Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Production Lead for the D Shift (Wed 1:45AM-8:00AM, Thur-Sat 7:45PM-8:00AM). The role oversees Service Bureau operations, guides associates in the absence of the supervisor, and ensures timely, accurate production data and material handling.

Responsibilities include minimizing waste, maintaining inventories, and coordinating with the supervisor to meet customer directives and schedules. Safety policies and drug-free workplace are standard requirements.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Standing for most of the shift and manual dexterity.
• Color vision required for quality checks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Service Bureau equipment as trained to do.
• Guide jobs to associates when supervisor is absent.
• Coordinate with supervisor for directives, deliveries and data handling.
• Log time and materials in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory and pre-printed items, keep storage organized.
• Notify supervisor if data is late or requires escalation.
