Job summary

Premium Waters is seeking Production Operators in Riverside, MO to run fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers and palletizers for bottling water. You will operate equipment safely, load materials, monitor quality, perform changeovers, and document quality checks using a handheld device.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Packaging or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with a beverage, food, or liquid consumer products manufacturer is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation standards and FDA requirements is helpful.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts).
• Basic math and computer skills are needed.
• Flexible hours; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates routine production equipment, loads raw materials, monitors processes for quality, and resolves minor mechanical issues.
• Performs line-changeovers and troubleshooting using HMIs and basic hand tools.
• Documents all Quality Checks in Premium Waters QA software on tablet/computer.
• Follows daily/weekly sanitation schedule for assigned machine per shift.
• Adheres to GMPs, sanitation standards, and SQF & FDA requirements.
• Engages with coworkers in a positive, inclusive team environment and supports colleagues.
