Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is hiring production operators to run fillers, capppers, labelers, case packers and palletizers at our Riverside, MO plant.

You will operate manufacturing equipment, load materials, monitor quality, and ensure safety. You will perform changeovers, troubleshoot with HMIs, execute sanitation, complete quality checks, follow GMPs and FDA requirements, and collaborate with a close-knit team on 7:00 pm–7:00 am shifts, Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Packaging or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with a beverage, food, or liquid consumer products manufacturer is a plus.
• Prior knowledge of GMPs, sanitation standards and FDA requirements is helpful.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time – 8- or 12-hour shifts.
• Basic math skills are needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, and palletizers used for bottling water and loads raw materials.
• Monitors processes for quality assurance and resolves minor mechanical issues.
• Performs equipment changeovers and troubleshooting involving HMIs and basic hand tools.
• Documents all Quality Checks in Premium Water’s software using a handheld tablet or computer.
• Executes a daily and weekly sanitation schedule for assigned machine.
• Follows established GMPs, sanitation standards, and SQF & FDA requirements.
• Engages with coworkers and contributes to an inclusive and supportive environment.
