Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing or production environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations with the Production Supervisor to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Provide clear communication during shift handoffs and identify challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct floor walks to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Assist with production setup, changeovers, and run coverage for machines as needed.
• Verify raw materials and packaging are available and properly staged for upcoming runs; perform quality checks after changeovers.
• Maintain accurate production records and shift reports in ERP/WMS/LMS.
• Monitor line performance and downtime, addressing issues per procedures.
• Serve as primary resource for the team, reinforcing GMP and food safety standards.
• Support training and development of team members to improve operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and food safety requirements.
