Electrolit Manufacturing USA Inc. in Waco, TX is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. The role requires NDA clearance and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, coaching team members, coordinating with production and logistics, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring safety compliance with OSHA standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving processes, and safety practices.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems; SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with LGVs, forklifts, or other material handling equipment is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Fluency in English required, Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
• Supervise and coach warehouse team members to meet performance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics to maintain efficient material flow.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure proper operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and LGVs (experience with LGVs is a plus).
• Enforce compliance with company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes.
• Generate reports and provide updates to management on warehouse KPIs and staffing.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
